I’ve called my brand, Sisu, because I believe that women have the qualities associated with the Finnish term that means strength and perseverance in a task that for some may perceive as hopeless. My jewellery is a celebration of the ideals of Sisu.  I have had to fight to be here, which has not been easy. Each piece represents the strength of will, courage, determination, perseverance and resilience that I have had to develop, to endure all that life has placed in my path. Making this jewellery has been one of the ways I have been able to bring light into my darkness.

 

I have loved making each piece and hope you enjoy my range of unique one-off creations. I am confident that you will find something special for yourself or as an elegant gift for a friend. There are individual pieces and matching sets. My creations are unique, just as you are; and they are made with love. Especially at a time like this when we need a little light, may they bring you joy when you wear them and instil in you - courage, determination, perseverance and resilience.
